Can I mention this isnt an elevator glitch bro. Its the throwing knife lunge glitch. The elevator glitch is from MW2, WaW, and Cod 4, So you might wanna find a legit 'elevator' glitch. Anyways this method is patched, you need a riot shield now-a-days.
