Amagad, I love the new episodes! I can't believe how much I've missed True Blood since last time... The hot vampires... Eric... Their oh-so-laughably-horrible Swedish (not Skarsgård, ofc, but the rest... Always takes me a sec to figure out what they're saying xP Godric's better than Pam, at least :P) I do think I'm liking this more than I liked the end of last season, but that may well be because it's been so damn long!

Vampires vs werewolves. Why does this remind me of twilight. Even tho vamp v werewolves have been a rivalry for a long time. Twilight been shoving that jacob edwards shit down our necks and now i hate all vampires v werewolves fued.Fuck twilight for making me hate this shit.

@fraudster111 I agree in that Twilight is awful. I was so bored on the first movie! I watched it twice only because I was so bored I couldn't remember what happened. Second time around I was doing other stuff while it was on. I read the first book and some of the second, but was so bored I put it down. I have no clue why they are so popular. I'm reading True Blood now and read the 9 books in 2 weeks. On the last one. :-(

@zeldaofarel I was thinking aobut reading the books but the adaptation is so good. I like the cliffhangers and the sense of "Whats gonna happen after each season"

@fraudster111 Well, there are stuff that are different, like Jessica is a series-only character. Also, it seems like that story line of Crystal is brought in earlier than was in the books. Plus Jason is really a side character and so is Sam. Like Sam's family is totally different in the books. Tara has less stuff happening as well and the whole Mainad thing was done in like 50 pages. So the series expands on the side characters, still leaving enough excitement for us readers.

@fraudster111 You can find the vampires vs weres in many stories. Think Underworld. It's kind of basic lore. Though in the books it's not really a vampires vs. werewolves. They don't like each other, but they don't fight. In the series, if you watch the episode, in the flashback part the wolf clearly tells Eric that she answers to a vampire. And we do see that in other places of the ep as well. So it's rather vampires vs. vampires while using wolves as weapons.

@articmonkey a full blooded werewolvesf if you've read the book (as Alcide explains to sook) are born from 2 werewolves and they can turn when they want to into wolves. Not like Sam he can turn into anything because he's a shifter but there are also werepanthers and weretigers etc. Read the book again. :) you sound confused.

i find it stupid that they put the werewolves tranforming into animals like they did on Twilight, like, a human and then a real wolf, not a WEREWOLF like the name says, half human half wolf. So what if they have full blooded werewolves like Alcide, it's still stupid. Anyways, I don't know if my way over my head or something because I just started reading the fourth book...
