Actually Its not fully about the second joker death being censored. You see this show "Batman Beyond" is based on another dimension known as Earth 12. Basically his death was just another option in this dimension. On Earth 1 the death that we know happened.

People that claim to be fans hate Robin. However, true fans know Robin is Batman's Dr. Watson, and is very important to the Batman franchise.
