Some people say it's that good for games because its response time is not the best. Indeed, it's 5ms, while Samsung's monitors already work with 2ms. However, I think 5ms is more than enough for any game.

I have one, and it is amazing playing with this monitor.

Too bad is 1920x1080 fuck.... i can't find any good LED monitor 720p ready nowadays.... because to play games at 1920x1080 i need to graphic cards... And 4 the console most games are 720p, and they look ugly upscalling to 1080p

Dont forget my E40 series E2240T. It has VGA + DVI 5ms response same mega contrast. Only thing I can see different on this one is the auto brightness adjust sensor and a HDMI input. HDMI vs DVI-D dual band = no difference. Only that HDMI can carry audio also. I got my 22" E2240T from Scan in the UK for £122. Only draws a tiny 18W! Cheaper than you can get the E2250 by some £30. LG you are just great every time :D

I just bought the 27 inch version of this and I will tell you right now the 2 way stand design is the biggest selling point it has due to the fact that a common problem of the 27 inch monitors is wobble due to a fischer price designed stand. This completely eliminates monitor wobble creating a great experience.

@Laxcarl If you went with the newer version for this monitor, you will be happy for what you payed for, i use the E2350V 23" LED LG Monitor, got it for $289.99, and the perfect was just absolutely amazing, i play PS3 on it and watch Blue Ray movies on it, and picture is still amazing, i use the HDMI cable and connected the Logitech X-540 surround sound system, amazing monitor though.

Vivo en Bs As, hace un año y medio compre un Samsung T260. Al año y 1 mes dejo de funcionar, lo envie al servicio tecnico de la garantia. Hoy, 4 meses luego, aun sigo esperando que me lo regresen.

No solo el producto no duro nada, si no que el servicio post venta fue un asco.

Two issues with the E2250V: 1. I cannot download the drivers from the LG website. I can only use the bundled CD to get the drivers. 2. I am not able to set the resolution to 1920x1080p in Windows XP. I have tried with 3 different machines a desktop and two laptops. What happens is the desktop is bigger than the screen so only a portion of it is shown and the rest of it is scrollable (drivers installed). One of the two laptops I connected it to an HD DELL monitor and it worked fine at 1920x1080p.
