The reason this story is so different and weird is because she made up this weird elaborate lie told no one not even her close friends what she was doing where she was going and then in literally less then an hour is completely gone...vanished! this is story is sketchy and weird and I'm so intrigued !

sounds like a crime of opportunity she was picked up on the road to get a ride to get help 4 her car or to a phone and she was put in a trunk or back seat or its a van and the killer didn't no she had a phone on her she called and it was cut short cause he found it or the bars went away.what the investagators have to look at is how many disappearence has there been on that highway up to ten years and who knows that area well they will find her bones years later in the woods
I think it was the bus driver. His alibi seems fishy and if you watch the next video, someone says they saw Maura with a man in his sixties. He would fit that description. I have a hard time believing he just left her on the side of the road.
