The African droughts are not caused by global warming. This is utter nonsense.
Moreover, even George Monbiot admits that as soon as there is any sign of drought they reach for their AK47s. Well maybe there we have a clue as to why they choose to starve then beg from the West for yet more aid.
I even read somewhere that the Rwandan genocide was cause by global warming, supposedly being the first resource war.
