I remember my mom and I watched this when it aired. My mom and love Whitney when we heard that she was producing and starring in it we knew that we had to see it. R.I.P to the fabulous Whitney Houston.
I used to rewind the music scenes over and over, drape a robe over my shoulders to mimick her dress and pretend to be Whitney in this movie. RIP Whitney you were my inspiration, we love you!
I love this movie, and everytime someone passes on it's so hard for me to watch their movie or tv show and now it's going to be hard to watch this movie, i love you whitney RIP <3
I miss this omg!! Im happy you post this :D I remembered I was only 4 yrs old :D and it was raining the time I was watching this and my dog who died 4 yrs ago was still a puppy and he was beside mee
Please everyone keep Whitney Houston and Brandy in their thoughts and prayers. Whitney Houston died on Brandy's birthday. Plus, keep Brandy's brother Ray J and Whitney, and her family in their thoughts and prayers as well.
Aaaawwwww that intro always makes me so very happy!! brings me back to childhood days :) Everytime I hear it I always want to go back to Disney World and be a kid again!
@disneydreamerdancer 33-34 is Mowgli from The Jungle Book, 39 is from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, 41 is the Mighty Ducks & the swinging guy is from the Three Musketeers.
@happybunny281 I'm sorry,, but you are wrong. The opening credits say introducing Paolo Montalban, the actor that plays the Prince. If you mean the lame intro from Michael isner, that has nothing to do with the Movie, just the TV show. Watch the DVD, you wont see Isner, just a great movie.
@happybunny281 actually, they do. Paolo something or other. right as the dancing beggar's feet are shown. you have to pay close attention to the details.
@Kartoonkid95 I think that is where they got the inspiration from when they were doing Princess and the Frog. And i love the Wonderful world of Disney intro, God i remember those. Im a 90's kid so these are the kind of things i miss about Disney.
@fullmetalkahn I remember being in the 1st grade and reading the two versions of cinderella mentiones above. The african version and the Native American version, can anyone tell me what the titles of those stories were?
@fanofmusicals I already have the Wonderful World of Disney intro posted. Anything unique to Cinderella isnt going to be posted again because it takes too much time and im working on my next series of posts.
@PandaPhotography Thank you so much for putting this up. It brought back good memories. This is my mom, my two sister, and mine favorite movie and we would always try and catch it on tv or watch it from rental dvd stores whenever we could.

What recent Disney movies (non-pixar) even deserve to be in that castle of awesomeness? Say High School Musical and I'll smack you.

i love how in the intro they dont introduce the actor who plays the prince.....thats harsh
happybunny281 6 months ago 4
@happybunny281 It's because he wasn't well known. They did the intro the way they did so that ppl would be interested in the big names.
