both of the painting videos share a similar characteristic... when the camera is moving, the eyes seem to be normal but when the image is on a tripod that they eyes move, you can see a small twitch in the eyes... in both vids. This was the same effect in a video game I had as a kid... not saying that this is fake or not possible... just a fun fact.
