Oh, believe me this vid was made in the heat of the moment, and yes I was a bit harsh with them, I was taking my frustration + anger and aiming it on the writers.

I know they are just doing their jobs to entertain and to keep us watching, but it still doesn't take the sting out of the fact that my shipp was butchered into a thousand little pieces. I'm still peeved :(

I was only kidding, but now it seems the producers may have had no choice. If she had to go, death by Guy makes it the most dramatic.

From a statement form BBC, it was revealed that Lucy G wanted to explore other opportunities, so obviously the writers had to kill her off so taht Lucy could leave and do her thing.

I don't dislike her for that, but it was a shock to find out that it was her choice to leave and not the writers/show runners to off Marian.

I understand now that the writers couldn't help but do what they had to do in that kind of situation.

-I don't think the writers were thinking at all. I can imagine what the creative meeting for this episode was like:

Writer #1: Guy should kill something in this ep, cuz that is the ultimate baddie behavior!

Writer#2: I know! He should kill the heroine of the show! Then people will see how EVIL he is!

Writer#3: Yeah, killing Marian is like smart and stuff. It's not like she is important or anything.
