it's sad for dream to perform in yoyogi. they have better vocal than a lot of girl band out there in the dimelight.
BTW for those not familar, Yoyogi is a park where singer-wannabe perform before debut. Therfore havin to perform there signal a steep drop in popularity. i am a dream fan since 2000 but its just silly not to accept the fact that they are really not as popular.
Another similar place would be Shibuya Hachiko (where Do As Infinity perform before debut).

it depend on the context.
if someone who has never make a major debut perform at yoyogi that attracts lots of attention, it is a very good sign.
if its a guerilla secret live, its a rare sight.
