So I played it,... and I like rock and roll, but I heard this and I couldn't believe her voice. Because she is so connected to what she does, I remember her better for her own voice. Some artists have tried to fit in with the music market industry change and the sound didn't fit the artist. They left their voice. 2 yrs later I heard less of them.

Only the best musicians that only care about the music can tweak their sound without losing quality and feeling. Not that I listen to that much of her but she definitely fits into that category. If it doesn't work, go back to the old formula and stay with what works.

She doesn't sing with the clarity of Lisa Kelly, but she has a certain etherealness in her voice...which is probably appropriate for movie. I am an Enya fan. I just think she needs to branch out stylistically. She tends to use choir backgrounds a lot...which are beautiful, but she uses them on almost every song. I find a lot of top artists get somewhat stuck in what has been previously successful for them.

It's nice to throw in a little changeup once in a while. I still enjoy her though.
