First of all, thank you so much for all the nice comments to all and sorry for the late reply.

Unfortunately, I have lost the music sheet quite a while ago.

However, I have a copy back in my hometown, where I will probably visit next year sometime.

I can definately send it by e-mail to whoever wants it if you could wait until then.

Alternatively, I don't mind hand-writing this music for you whenever I have time, if you don't mind. In which case, the music might be different from the original one as my memory isn't that good but as long as you can enjoy the music.
