Hey Roswell, i know this has been brought up a bunch of times, but...do you think you could actually make an appendix to the series with you just doing these techniques in the dark? i mean, i can see it in my head...but its always just cooler to see someone actually doing it...

on a side note..sick tips and tricks...one of the only ones ive found that are actually useful when trying to figure out how to hand rave..so mad props on that front, its a shame you dont have more views

The raves I go to are far from the stereotypical 'drug crazed' raves. Mainly at anime conventions I go to. Then I again, I believe you don't need drugs to let the pounding beat take you.

I've always wanted to learn a few tricks, as I've never stayed at the raves for too long before retreating to the wall flower corner. Thanks for uploading these!

You all dont get it! There is no way "to rave" go to a party love the music and move how YOU feel, not how everybody else is. Its all about what the music says to you, there is NO way "to rave" i dont know how else to put it. Learning to "rave" is an oxymoron it just doesnt make sense

Im actully not trying to have a go at you roswell, i just stumbled across this page and was tottaly dumbfounded. It seems the meaning of this whole scene has been missed by a generation and i think that the scene is poorer for it.

@Harl124 I understand and I get what you're saying. Remember that this type of dance (poi) has been around much longer than the rave scene. It's one of the oldest forms of dancing. When you take into consideration that every thing we do is to attract a mate, dance is one of the best ways to do so. I don't think these videos effect the scene itself, the scene is still just fine. I'm just trying to help people express themselves through the scene and also get off their asses and lose weight.

Dude, thank you for this video. I just learned how to rave wit my friends yesterday and this helped me get it to perfection. You might wanna try these electronic glowsticks. Got 'em at home depot and they're brighter than glowsticks and the batterys'll last you at least four days. XD..don't ask how I know that..

look times have changed ill grant you that, and "looking Cool" is life or death for some people these days, but what people seem to forget is what the Rave/Party scene was built on, which was a bunch of people getting together for the love of the music and the atmosphere of friendliness, there was no 'looking dumb" and the point was, you could just jump in.

Rave =! glowsticking. Actually, sometimes people waving around glowsticks can be pretty annoying.  That's why usually there is an area for freehanders/stringers so they don't hit people with the sticks.
