usually you can hit all the jumps in third but i saw the vid and i would say get on your powerband and try to go to 3 then hit it on 4th or some thing or just keep it wide open lol

I run AV Gas in the 144... it is cleaner and easier on the engine. When you make the engine higher performace you need a higher octane to keep the engine cooler so you don't blow it up with detonation.

but also with av gas there is no coolant so the bike will get hotter if you mix av gas with like some 110 octane that they use in drag cars youll notice better performance

it matters what kinda riding your gonna be doing... if your gonna be doing motocross and you not that big go with the yz, but if your gonna be doing motocross and hairscrambles/trails then go with the kx 100 because its got biger wheels, and a lil more engine displacement, taller, built to climb over boulders and for biger kids wanting to race..there ya go

when u jump do u keep the throttle steady up the front of the jump then when the front wheel leavs the jump do u close the throttle

well....i say crank it aha..well, it all starts in body position, if you got that good, you have to keep it cranked out at the speed you are going until the lip of the jump. if you can ride good...you can even hold it down, or crank it right before you hit the landin so you can storm outta there :P

I get asked this a lot but it is hard to give advice because I have never seen you ride. Just make sure you ride a lot... seat time always helps to improve. Also try riding with riders who are better then you and try to keep up.

i was wondering do you shift up with clutch or just shift up with no clutch cos i shift up with a clutch. BTWW!! good riding so fast.

I hold the throttle wide open and put pressure under the shifter with my foot and then just lightly tap the clutch lever in... not really pull just a couple of fingers... the bike then changes gears as soon as you tap the clutch. If you have the throttle wide open you usually don't even hear it shift. I have had a comment where a kid asked me if I had an automatic clutch!
