Thanks for sharing. Very much looking forward to DX10 in-game. It hasn't been a really huge factor in making LOTRO look all that much better - but its visual nuance is very pleasing and I think AoC might even benefit more. - I just hope that Funcom has a much smoother adoption for DX10 than Turbine did for LOTRO. LOTRO was unplayable in DX10 for some weeks after release - looked good but you had to turn it off to play again. Now it's great!
Ok, I'm gonna pipe up and defend the game again. AoC today is far better than the release client, and it is a stunningly beautiful game. If FC can keep patching and improving at the current rate, AoC will be more and more successful. The new content (Ymir's Pass) is fantastic. Hopefully the server merges will beef up the populations and the game can go on form there. I for one will be playing AoC for a long time to come if they keep up the good work!

The good work? Are you out of your mind! I wouldn't let ANYONE from Failcom even stir my coffee-because they'd probably fuck it up. You wait until the DX10 comes live. It's going to be an absolute train wreck. Failcom is totally out of their league, and everyone is so mesmerized by their better-than-average graphics(for a mmorpg)it has effected their judgment, clearly. There is practically no one left in the game. The game has been ran into the ground-and you are patting them on the back? lol
The only people that make fun of AoC nowadays are the ones who havn't played it recently. Also they are so immature that they just surf for AoC videos on youtube to post negative comments. Also, for some strange reason, most of them are Wow players who still think Chuck Norris and Harry Potter jokes are halarious.
