2:22 Sidewalk chalk shouldn't be declared as breaking the law because it is easily washed off and does not damage concrete. This officer thinks it's breaking the law, in his eyes. If you have dirt under your feet and you walk on the side walk, that is like taking chalk and dropping it on the sidewalk! Basically at the end, there is no damage, so it must be perfectly legal.

If you have dirt under your feet and you walk on the side walk, that is like taking chalk and dropping it on the sidewalk! Basically at the end, there is no damage, so it must be perfectly legal.

Here is a guy who wouldn't stand for officers screwing with people rights or beating homeless people to death because they are sitting on a bus bench minding their own business.
