This game had a great "create-a-boxer"feature! You could create tons of fighters (and give them green, or purple skin) and then set up tournaments. I would let the computer play put the tourneys. I created a guy called "Aqua Arnie" ( I was 9) who always won the tournaments!
I remember this game. Use to have FIght night with the family. We all made characters. I made Iceman, my dad had Popeye (looks like Kid Kastro) and my bro had FuMan Chu. Good times!
I think that the "avatar" faces of each character are the most representative C64s HI-RES graphics in a game... That was the best point of this game...
Do you have Barry McGuigan's championship boxing or whatever it's called? All I know is that it was called Star Rank Boxing over here in North America.
PS: This was a great game, even though I was not really a realistic boxing game like Frank Bruno's and Star Rank.
They replaced the china-man with a penguin?

The manual for Fight Night described Bronx Bomber as "Strengths: Everything; Weaknesses: None; Strategy: Pray." Guess they overrated the AI.
