Great set of videos; I've been looking for a step-by-step on the home wine making. I've been contemplating on whether to buy a press and crusher; did you originally buy the #45 or did you have something smaller?
Very rarely. I experimented once with Thompson Seedless (which is not a wine grape) and I've made white wine from both Niagara grapes and Welch's Niagara Grape Juice. Neither were satisfactory. Many thanks for your email.
Hello. Well, since I now live in Maine, I order the Chilean Grapes through "Beer and Wine Hobby" in Massachusetts and then I have to pick them up (about a 2 1/2 hour drive each way.) The only reason that I ordered and used Chilean Merlot Grapes is because they are harvested/available in May! Thanks for your email.
Very cool,I start my batch today :-)
