I wonder how fast Scheuer would change his tune if some CIA agents were kidnapped and subsequently tortured by Al Qaida in order to get some documents. I am sure his speed in such a scenario would put The Flash to shame.

If you dont fall into that category than you have limited rights. we are not canada or europe, and we will never ever never be like them. He has never said that. Nor was he in office at the time this Canadian was sent to Syria. Clinton ignored the CIA's warning about sending jihadist suspects to the Arab dictatorships, and clearly so has Bush. That's not Mr. Scheuer's fault
