Im a UK citizcen i get free health care if i want that extra choice like speed convenience then i may have to pay a small price but on the whole I dont have to worry about life threatening illness,s Community Health, normal ailments yes we pay extra taxes, I have been ill in the US and was not Impressed( that's not a criticism of the Health Professionals ) at the very least meet halfway it works in Europe and the UK VERY EFFECTIVELY
It's easy to say that people should be more responsible and not get themselves into this situation. But sometimes people, doing the best that they can, end up in this situation anyway. And with this economy it's going to be happening to a lot more people.
The idea that these insurance companies can turn people down for coverage they've been insured for, and cancel their policies in the interest of maximizing profits, is criminal.
I have sympathy for these people, but can't help but wonder if (for example) Jessica Moberly might be more able to afford health care if she didn't have *five*children*.
In addition to her cancer and blindness and liver problems, did she also have a chronic inability to keep her legs closed? An allergy to condoms? Or possibly a chemical incompatibility within her brain with basic family planning and common sense?
Sometimes people dig their own hole. They don't fall in.
Human beings are animals at the end of the day anticarrot.
They need educating on these things and if Americas Education system, housing standards, Economy for Job building are not good enough then Poverty is the result and it leads to Population growth.
Even Common Sense is something that needs to be taught.

If every person viewing this film on the day they view it will call even one of their reps or senators urging them to pass the bills in congress right now for a single payer health care system (note this is single PAYER - not "universal health care"), WE WILL AND OBAMA WILL MAKE HISTORY ONCE AGAIN and he will likely go down as the best of all of the American presidents that we have had.
Obama does not have to ask the health insurance industry for permission to provide health care to all. These people are parasites. There is no reason they get a say. So they have to get new jobs. How are they different than the rest of us in that way. ??
