  • Hey man if i do like you or even more how long time i need to make my muscles bigger ?

  • first one is mainly triceps with chest and shoulders stabalizing and the second is pretty much just back with a tad bicep, just stick to wide grip pull ups for back chin ups for biceps and dips with weight for triceps far better than these

  • could just do manual labor.

  • what is the name of the song ?

  • Yep, your strong as Fuck! Nice work dude

  • I just love doing the first exercise!

  • Hey - what is the first exercise on the video called?

  • @TheBrookson it says it in the video... but its high incline tricep press.

  • @mattbrat92 thanks

  • what's the song?

  • cant wait to try this where ever i am

  • very impressive. I surely would have loved a side view as well. Great vid, thanks for posting.

  • philcoool 4 boxing.

  • @Anthonya01 do you know the name of the song already?

  • good tip video!

  • haha my cuzn an i go and workout at the park too, free workout equipment if you know what ur looking for.

  • Holy shit some people get side tracked by stupid shit! who fucking vares about the def of ghetto it is irrelevant to a workout. just seems dumb to have room for comments on a video when there is so much room wasted on shit that is irrelevant. then to add on that everybody, else joins in and you have 200 comments and only 5 are about the fuckin video!

  • what about the video and the workout?

  • Thsi guy is working out in a park so why isn't anyone on this page referring to this guy's workout as a "ghetto workout"?

  • @southoreast The definition of ghetto 'is a place where minorities are forced live'

not so much 'anything shitty or improvised'

the two just seem to go hand in hand.

  • You are severly misinformed about the definition of ghetto. I live in a middle class black neighborhood in NY in a region called the bronx. This is the definition:

a section of a city, esp. a thickly populated slum area, inhabited predominantly by members of an ethnic or other minority group, often as a result of social or economic restrictions, pressures, or hardships.

  • get mad at me but-

i read it in a different dictionary. got a mind like a steel trap and i thought that particular definition was interesting so it stuck in my head word for word.

i grew up 3 miles from e st louis illinois, worked there hauling steel as a kid, my dad was raised there, its the definition of ghetto. regardless of why minorities are there, they're still there right? i never said it was their fault. that was assumed on your part, and ive never called any workout ghetto either.

  • No one's getting mad at you and your humble beginnings as a steel hauler is completely irrevelant in this topic. I was correcting you on what you thought "ghetto" was. And who ever said you called a workout ghetto cause it sure as hell wasn't me. You might need to refer back to the initial post b4 you type buddy. Lastly, I've seen caucasians that shared residents with so called "minorities" due to their income or some other dire strait in their life.

  • HUH?

you said *This is the definition:

a section of a city, esp. a thickly populated slum area, inhabited predominantly by members of an ethnic or other minority group, etc etc*

and i said its a place where minorities are forced to live

nobody's mentioning anything about caucasians not being there, or what races/ethnicities in particular live there.. youre just assuming im directing it at particular people.

and your humble living quarters in the bronx is irrelevant if my working in the ghetto is

  • Regardless of what definitive term you come across, in reality, people of ALL COLORS have lived in ghetto's. You should take a trip to New York to witness it 4 yourself it it's too hard to believe.

  • In other words, anyone, regardless of race, who is suffering from economic hardships live there because it's affordable to them at that particular time. Be careful how you use that word. It is often used loosely.

  • great video

    SHIT MUSIC

  • Ive been using the rings for the gravity advantage stuff so I'm thinking of experimenting with the legs down, but will prob not even hit one rep, haha. Paul is such a monster, haha-- getting started with his flexibility book in a few days too. Peace

  • nice

  • This guy is naturally gifted. Doing this doesn't mean you'll get as big as him. If you're skinny you better go to the gym for heavy squat and deadlift.

  • His overarms giant oO 2 times my bicep oO and 1.5 times both my bicep and tricep oO dude hes got massive arms XD

  • it hurts my elbows what should i do???

  • Try regular push ups and rows instead.

  • @Celciusss are there any variations of this pushup that'll make the triceps bigger? i find this hard to do so what are other ways of doing it?

  • @VxHx55 To make it easier, instead of putting your legs on a raised surface put your hands on a raised surface. This will make it easier. When you wanna make it harder just go to a lower surface and eventually the floor

  • @khawarezmi clean the sand out of your vagina.

  • Fantastic videos, thank you for all your effort.

Any advice on exercisers to help me, not being able to fully straighten my arms?

  • Thanks for your comments. You can ask for advice on BodyWeightCulture (.) com, there are plenty of knowledgeble people there.

  • Thank You for your reply Celciusss. I will go there.

  • does this work the chest too?

  • Very minor. Mostly as stabilizer.

  • Love it, thanks for the great workout. Celciuss, have you run into any elbow issues with the tricep press? Mine protested a little when my hands were too far backward.

  • You got it. We'll pass your props to Paul Zaichik.

I do these exercises once in a while.

No, haven't had the elbow problem.

  • very Nice ..

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • Thanks for your comment. If you want more body weight exercises. You can visit bodyweightculture (.) com

  • cool , I'll check out the site

  • Bodyweight culture is a sick website! my name there is Danplanche. thanks for this dope website!

  • Thank you for your support, Danplanche.

  • damn the first one looks difficult.

  • Try it and let us know.

  • wow... nice workouts.. i can do these when i travel. thanks!

    what's this song name btw?

  • You got it.

  • Will the Bridge and Curl work under a tall desk, or will it just ruin my muscles? I just workout at home and I only have limited resources to work with. Thanks.

  • This move is taken from Paul Zaichik's book called Gravity Advantage. There he is using chairs to do this exercise.

  • what's better for getting nicely toned biceps faster

these types of exercises or just weights?

  • Either one will do. Go to Bodyweightculture website for more information.

  • if a person wants to get hands like yours, are bodyweight exercises enough or do you need to add weights as well?

  • You get your arms pretty bid with body weight.

  • Thanks for these. As a workout freak myself, I thought I had done em all.

  • You are very welcome

  • Where can i find this Gravity max power Thing? Write back please.

  • You can find them at Elasticsteel website. Look for bodyweight exercises on there.

  • Very Nice video Cheers. Only prob with me is i cant seem a way to build mass. I weigh 145 and bench 205. It makes no since how i can't get huge mass results.

  • Thanks for your comments. Stick to basics. For that. Also see Gravity Advantage Max and Power of One if you are into body weight mass building.

  • The only way for you to gain mass at that size is to drink lots of milk, do lots of squats, sleep as many hours a day as you can.

  • yeah...and/or increase your caloric intake of carbs/protein....the math for typical absorbtion rate is 2g of protein for every KG. Increasing it would increase your mass but should spread it out throughout the day ie. if you're eating 2-3 meals a day, you need to spread the protein to 4-6 meals a day with an increase in protein and carb. then you'll have fuel to burn to build the mass....just be warned that excessive (and I mean tooo much) protein leads to liver and kidney issues...

  • what music? :D:D

  • I saw this video a few years back, it inspired me to start training body weight.

  • Bet you did not think, upper arms can be isolated with body weight traning.

  • Zaichik means "little bunny' in Russian...

  • How do you sa a "Big bunny"

  • Well there's no word for big bunny per say... but "normal" bunny is "Zaitz" :)

  • i have an 8pack and still it hurts my back

  • You got to keep it tightened.

  • these incline push ups are very hard for the back thats why i found another way to do hard 1.

  • Your abdominals should be working to protect the back.

  • Unaccompanied Adults are forbidden to enter child playground area of public parks.

    .

    Risk of prosecution.

  • During certain hours. It depends on the park and the area.

  • dont u take a rest? u look like terminator o something

  • Good body weight arm exercises. I saw this video long time ago. Many people started copying you guys now. You were the original. Keep up what you are doing.

  • Thanks for the recognition.

  • Can those make my arms bigger?

  • You bet they will.

  • If the barbells or dumbells can make your arms bigger, so can those exercises.

  • These are great arm exercises.

  • We think so too. lol

  • They are!

  • Thanks for your support.

  • My friend send me this video long time ago. This is one of the original BWC videos. Very respected site. Thank you for all your work in fitness community.

  • what song is this? great vid by the way.

  • "Do you call my name" by RA

  • are there any bodyweight exercises for biceps except rows and chins

  • yea pushups they really workout tour arms big time

  • You just saw they. They are on the video right above.

  • i liked more the first movement, is this exercise for all the arm or just for an specific muscle?

  • For the front and back of the upper arm.

  • If I were u I would exercise somewhere else. LOL

  • Like where?

  • like somewhere parents won't see you as a possible threat to their kids. U know how they are. LOL.

  • That was a ridiculous statement. Youre saying that adults are not free to go wherever they want because they look threatening?

  • Ridiculous or not its the truth. Parents don't want a stranger near their kids. and yes anyone could go anywhere they choose. The impression you give to others is up to you. The perception they get from you is up to them.

  • In that case, the STUPID parents should lock themselves up in a basement.

  • nice tricep exercise ill do that :D thx alot

  • That doesn't look easy.

  • Yeah problem with this is that people may start to question whether you are a squatting paeodophile waiting to pounce on kiddies!

  • lol!!!

  • i love this cause i truely believe in the body weight movement as apossed to the generic fixed machines in gyms and the whole gym enviroment but one problem i do have is well my brother does this and hes super fit but when my dad asks what hes upto i have to say "he's training on the kids climbing frame, or he's down on the swings" folks he's 25!!

  • omg, and?

  • damn u gt sum amount of strength based endurance

  • Great clip- awesome exercises! Pls chcek out my multiple one arm chins; click on my name. Cheers.

  • If you want to gain mass you should do weight training unless your body is highly receptive to body weight training. both will increase your strength. There are methods to build mass with body weight training but I dont think anyone actually wants to train in this way. It would envolve high repitions, lots of reps per set and lots of sets

  • to gain mass it can be doen with bodyweight workouts too

  • Have you seen an olympic gymnast's arms? Well those guys do NO weight training at all. Its all body weight training and have larger arms than many bodybuilders. It's al in the tension of the muscles, product of the positions they do in the rings and bars.

  • If you read my comment what it actually says is its easier to gain mass in a gym. I only do body weight exercises myself. All I said was I doubt people would want to train in this way. Its much easier to do 10 reps of bicep curls and 4 sets compared to...being able to do 10 chin ups, then making the exercise harder. I prefer body weight.

  • usually they have less fat and are more toned, revealing thier muscles more, so your statment is an incorrect generalisation.

i can gaurentee also that some of the altheletes use resistant techniques.

  • I'm not talking about technique or how to train just that going to a gym is more convenient for the average person.

  • That's not really true- gymnast's train with weights also.

  • great exercise...specially the one for biceps...do you know any other bodyweight exercise for deltoids and the trapezius muscle? i'd thank ya.

  • Negguet said: Body weight exercises produces slowest strength gains.

These just help burn fat, and gives better muscle endurance. The right diet, and exercise with added weights gives faster results.

Really? Sure, a regular chinup is quite easy. But can you do a one arm chinup? is that easy for you, I bet it only builds endurance hey.

  • Wow, great exercises.

Everyone else, stop f*cking squabbling over bodyweight vs weight training.

Anyone dissing BW training - can you do one arm pushups? can you do one arm chinups? or full 1 legged squats?

Anyone dissing weights - Can you bench 200 pounds? can you squat more then the next bloke at the gym?

Wake up people, both tools are great for strength development. If you JUST rely on one modality then you're missing out.

  • Big muscles are big muscles, and they can lift heavy shit, or your heavy ass body in this case. I think this is a cool way to achieve balanced strength, instead of just being able to bench 350. loved the first exercise in this vid looks tough.

  • lol funny man. just showing your lack of knownledge

  • bro do gymnasts look weak to you....im sure theyre much stronger than anybody at your gym

  • that is cool can u teach me how to do that

plz im only 12 and its embarrasing when i fall over in p.e

  • Start with regular pushups and horizontal rows.

Go to bodyweightculture dot com get support there :)

  • To the people here earlier who made references about "dumb buff arms", please use some wisdom. Bodyweight conditioning develops FUNCTIONAL MUSCLES, not useless showroom bulk that is normally trained for in the gym, often with supplements and/or 'roids. This is raw power... this is primate strength, this is reality.

    Long live BodyWeightCulture™!

  • muscles are muscles. You are just proving that you have minimal knowledge about body building.

  • um, no you dont know shit. muscles are muscles but bodyweight exercises develop whole body strength and endurance. and unless you always use compound exercises bodybuilding is less effective for developing strength.

  • muscles arent muscles. they are made from different fibers depending on training

  • toyyyyy

  • the song is, do you call my name by ra

  • damn what song is that?

  • RA!

  • cool exercise man..this guys got a weird melon like head though..llloll

  • holy fuck

  • whats d song caalled?

  • Good, but you have to make sure that your back is not arching.
