I got a young one, about three months I'm guessing. He's albino and I can't tell his gender yet. He's tiny, and the same size as all the fish in the tank except one, which is about 4 times the size, and not carnivorous.

Once they reach maturity, the males will have a row of bristles along their lips and a row down their noses. The females can sometimes have it along their lips, but shorter, and never along the nose.

Mine had a whole bunch of babys but they got eaten. good luck on the breeding.
