@kitkat051888 here are my answers: 1) There is always something that catches your eye, especially first time in Rome 2) Thieves know their victim - they can sense your excitement. They will normally get you in your first day or so. 3) You are dealing with pros. Some time they work in a large grps, on crowded buses. They are well dressed and do not look like anyone you would suspect.
