mine has(atm) the void, dimensional freeze, enchanted fire, enchanted wind, oberon, magic empower, quick draw, ethereal, all lvl 5, she's lvl 10 with her lvl 10 wep also

I know you can put 4 attacks/skills in one char (A,B,X,Y).

And as to whether or not this is better than the first, yes and no. The skills/accessories are super awesome and you can level them up, along with your character and weapons, but I think the characters and combos are a lot more boring in this game than they were in the first.
