Hawthorn are the most successful VFL team from 1960-1989. Hawthorn 2 grand finals 2 wins in the AFL comp, Geelong 7 grand finals 3 wins in the AFL comp. More stats needed or do you understand now? Note: AFL started in 1990 officially, before that it was the VFL.
