Simon Potter is heavily promoting it (showing the video, talking about the new single and video, artwork as the contest prize, etc). This show was called "Off The Wall". The "SUPER" in the upper-left corner indicates this was part of Music Box Ltd's Super Channel European satellite broadcast. The contest address is also MBL's mailing address. Hope this helps.

Thx for posting! I met Clayton on a vacation in Tunesia once. I had no idea who he was, just a cool guy who was great with a guitar (he would only play when he was drunk though). I had a terrible crush on him ;) We did Tai-Chi on the beach ... it was great. He also inspired me to write my very first song.
