Okay, here is how you improve this. B-air through the hole in the wall.

I have already improved this to 10.50 ;) The only real difference is that is use a wall kick to get over that wall. For the rest it was pretty much the same. I haven't thought about using B-Air to go through the wall though, thanks :)
