In the original fairy tale, she had to kill the prince in orrder to go back home in the sea or else she'll die. , But she can't so she jumps into the ocean, and becomes sea foam and diies. In the end, her soul is an angel watching over children.

euhm Nikki160Sims, it's not that she didn't want to be a human anymore. The seawitch she went to, to get that magical drink, told her she could remain human forever if she maried the prince, but if he does marry another one, she would die. But the prince thaught that another girl saved him so he marries her. So she kills herselve, if she didn't do that, she'd died though.

i heard of a different tale. It just like this but the mermaid died, because the guy married a different lady, so the mermaid didn't want to be a human anymore, so her mermaid sister says to become a mermiad again, she has to kill the guy, but she didn't want him to be killed so she killed her self. with a knife. it was a good mermaid tale, Cant believe i remember it.

first get a mermaid you want just search and click download dont open it save it in your sims 2 downloads folder then go to it then right click and click extract here then somethings pop up then right click the thing you already right clicked and then click the name of the item u r extracting
