pwnage tool is the best way. Blackra1n and redsnow dont install everything you need from what I have read. I have blackra1n its all right but if you use Diskaid you need to install an extra patch in cydia that pwnage tool already installs for you at the start.

The beta, is real. but that came out AFTER I posted that....GOD!

dude.. it fades to the apple logo because that is a pic found in the SpringBoard.app of ur ipod.. i you can change that one just by sshing into ur ipod.. i changed mine to some hot chick hahah
