  • Thank you for the comments everyone.

  • Your very creative in terms of the exercises. I will definitely try these out.

  • Neat vid, can't believe I haven't subbed this account yet, fixed!

  • Oh and where can I get bands as the green one you are using.

  • Yeah I want one too, I never thought of using one, I was always just pushing my thigh down with my hands, but it'd be easier to use both hands this way.

  • Good video! Gradually progressing is something which you wont always find in stretching routines. Keep up the good work!

  • Second that.

  • Third that lol.

We will forward the props to Paul Zaichik.

  • Thanks for the video. I want to come back to the statement you make at 6:00. Are you saying that the people who have strenght but no flexibility cannot obtain that flexibility? In my case, my flexibility is very low. How can I get more flexibility?

  • I have the same problem, first off I'm big, 6'4, secondly I've never been very flexible. What my teacher told me to do was to lay on the ground next to a wall with your butt against the wall and your legs on it, spread your legs like you're doing the splits and let gravity pull on them, it really helps, I'm much closer to doing the splits than when I first started.

  • I used to do that, and it helped.

  • Well i can easily do leg raises if i gain enough momentum (im pretty flexible, splits= no problem) well of course you gain flexibility even if you are really strong. Keep stretching try do the splits. I remember when i was around 12, I was nowhere near doing the splits. But when I started Taekwondo, I was forced to stretch everyday, and my mum encouraged me to do so at home as well. After two months I could do the splits with a little effort.

Just be dedicated thats all what counts

    Goodluck
