  • the first set of pictures is of a road in china, good video though

    sorry

  • the first picture is of a road in china, good video though

  • Wow. I'm not going over that with a fricken truck!!!

  • @TheRedfire555 A lot of people have to...every-single-day, its their job.

  • "See, i'm not the one who likes to insult people..." It's not true, "buffone" (by the way, I love the payasos: they are funny!).

I'm gonna be frank: how could you take seriously my first comment? Plainly said, I'm just a happy troll having a good time with your answers. In one hand, you're quite racist. In the other, you can't stand the idea of death and violence.

We're just two silly guys leaving comments in this page. I deserve some thumbs up (or even down!) for this interpretation.

  • Done it. Only go with GRAVITY

  • this is the guoliang tunnel in china.

  • The first part, the with tunnels carved is not Bolivia, eso esta en China.

    Gracias.

  • You mixed up two different roads from different countries together. LOL

  • Hate to "say" it, but this video is of 2 separate roads. The first road shown is in China, not Bolivia. The second is, in fact, the "Road of Death".

  • Scary!

  • I watched this video because I'm going to be traveling on this road in November. I have a fear of heights... this should be interesting!

  • And just wtf are there doing up there -.-,I like my flat ground tyvm

  • The strangest part is that nobody has ever died in this road.

  • @jelirestri yeah that's not true

  • @jelirestri Totally untrue. Many people have died on the "Road of Death" in Bolivia.

  • @jelirestri Except hundred and twenty people A YEAR in average...

Get ur shit straight b4 opening ur facebutt.

Saludos. (No se responderán mensajes adicionales, We won't answer any additional message).

  • @jelirestri How smart)) Unfortunately(for you) i do speak Spanish. The "reaction research" part was pretty funny though, i have to admit...)

And how many of you(latino guys) does it take to type a comment on YouTube? Cuz you wrote "We won't answer"! LOL)

See, i don't ask you any questions, my mulato friend), i just express my opinion. Your statement about absence of any dead, caused by this road is a TOTAL NONSENSE and CRAP!!

Hundred of people die there every year!

    Just google it, hombre)

  • @Travmapunk Sorry, we don't speak Spanish, we live in Osaka. We are just some Namibian students trying to have fun; please don't treat us like mosquitoes.

  • @jelirestri It is actually very funny!! Saying that people don't die when in fact they do!! 10 every month!! So funny!

WOW! I should tell this one to my friends!! They're gonna DIE laughing!

It's even funnier than saying that Hitler was a nice guy... Or slavery was good for black people and made them happy... or that USA tanks&bullets are good for Iraqi democracy... it's just soo damn funny :(

  • @Travmapunk C'mon, how can you say people die? It's just untrue. Nobody has EVER died. Besides, just think for a while in the name of the route: Road of Death... It means actually Road of Live. In the other hand tanks and bullets are just nice myths. It's just sick to think a human been can kill a peer. And by the way, Iraqi democracy is doing just well. America and Russia and Cameroun, and Nepal are number 1. All we are saying in give war a chance!

  • @jelirestri You probably thinking you're sharp and you' must be satisfied by what you just wrote...

See, i'm not the one who likes to insult people, so let me put it gently for you:

I don't want to delude\offend you, but i want you to see from my point of view.

So read your comment a couple of times pretending it is wrote by someone else. You'll find out what i'm talking about.

    Good luck, pagliaccio...

  • Scary!! I like the music, though.

  • What is the annual fatality count on this road?

  • WELL, WELL.., I'M SURPRISED

BOLIVIAN ROAD, STARTING ONLY AT 1,25.. Ok.....!!!

  • @smurfinpsp its probably a little too espensive because Bolivia is a poor country many people dont hav many money and alot of ppl sacrifice hav been killed cause of this road jus 2 help out im going to donate some money for the Bolivians and help out if they could do some building project on this painful road. Greetings from Colombia!:) VIVA COLOMBIA Y BOLIVIA!:)

  • Why couldnt they have made it wider in the first place and build a fence or stone wall?? What engineer would sign off on this??

  • tighter than a virgin

  • the ones with the tunnel is in China, the other ones is in bolivia :)

  • this road is in china.

  • just imagining reversing all the way down

  • Bolivians know it's a terrible road, one which i will never dare to use. Nevermind, they will just blame the whiteman!

  • There is no amount of money that would get me onto this road. Even the thought of walking it makes me feel faint. Poor people who perished. Some have no choice but to have to travel this horrid road to get to the nearby town for supplies. Awful.

  • How would you pass someone? There is no room? The first road in China looks a little safer, but the one in Bolivia looks evil!!

  • That is nuts. I am not normally afraid of heights...but there is NO WAY I would drive this. As was said before..."I WOULD RATHER WALK".

  • I was going to say... I took that road in 1997 and didn't remember it looking like the first part of the video. Makes sense, since it was in China! Still, the Bolivian road was so dangerous that UNESCO ordered Bolivia to build a new one, so now there's a bipass road I think on the other side of the valley, although I don't know how much safer it is. Going downhill the drivers would take the outside lane in order to see down the precipice. So scary I had enough and took a plane back to La Paz

  • The first 1.23 minutes is actually a road in China, the reat is Bolivia. China's at least has a side wall, Bolivia has none and the edges used to crumble, so every trip had new dangers. Now there is a new bypass highway for trucks especially, mostly bicyclists now, but still easy to fly off the edge and die falling down a cliff.

  • @bjcpc0337 yeah..its for men to drive.

  • The first road (the Chinese one) looks perfectly safe. At least it has a wall. The Bolivian one is pretty nuts.

  • No Bolivian road is shown until 1:24.

  • fake!

  • GRRRRRRRRRR scary!!!

  • the first part isn't in bolivia

  • The first half of the video shows a raod in China between Xian and Bejing--not in Bolivia like the second half shows.

  • I want 2 drive a ferrari there.........just another day for me in the office !!! haaaaaa

  • It's better to take a slow, small car. Like a Lamborghini.

  • Nice vid!

  • have to be brave to go down that road, lets go?kk

  • The first half of the video is a completely different road in china, the opposite side of the planet.

    Well done.

  • Been there....Done that......Ahhhhhhhh.

  • Wrong! First 1:23 of video shows the Guoliang Road/Tunnel in China. Entertaining story you're trying to tell, but some actual facts would be helpful.

  • I was there back in 1980 they called Yungas I got a very good time there.

  • The ULTIMATE driveway

  • to Currancho: how stupid u are,, where is Bolivia going to get the billions of dollars to build bridges and tunnels like u suggest, most people there dont even have running water,, no electricity, and they dont even get to experience the use of a modern toilet,, idiots like urself have no idea how poor most south american countries actually are,, I know first hand and have lived down there with the people,, go crawl back under the rock u reared ur ugly head from,, punto..

  • what an stupid president this country has. they could build bridges or tunnels it looks so fucking scary and dangerous not only for the fact of how narrow and tall it is but because of the surface wich is slippery and also the unstable rocks coming from above the mountain.and also a double way road ,trucks coming both ways. 200 deaths per year that is ridiculous. and they dont do anything, ask for support un the united nations or something at least install side barriers for crist sake

  • @curancho piss off blacc boy

  • That is crazy let me off I'll get back on the bus after they pass each other, that's what I would say.

  • Why do you youse pics from the,

    Guoliang Tunnel Road in China?

  • @colt1193 there is chines pictures in the video?

  • Yes, the "tunnel" pics int the beginning are from the Guoliang Tunnel Road.

  • @ledar73 piss off black boy!!

  • I've just seen in it in the latest Top Gear Show. And it's damn scary, besides very primitive.

  • You couldn't pay me to go on that road!

  • I love the M25 after watching this.

  • Just seen this road on Top Gear, it looks crazy!!!

  • @wasp000 Me too.... jeremy clarkson wil drive

  • That is really Sickening, they would need to widen that Road a Tad bit.

  • Bolivia has those roads and much more if you go to Los Yungas you'll withness the routes if you go up north to the small towns the roads are even more scary where no big truck or small single traction car goes just imagen when it rains it is like driving on snow up on the mountain on a road where only a single small car can fit and that is both ways its amazing

  • that rode is actualy in yemen

  • im from bolivia and ive been there in a fred truck to la paz

  • I was on this road...I actually feel lucky to be alive today. Bolivia is so poor and only La Paz consists of actual asphalt roads. Its a cool country but a very very sad one too. People are really suffering over there. Poverty is like all over the place. Last thing, as to 2008 they NO LONGER use the death road, theres a proper road now, thing a lot of people miss is that the REAL dangerous road comes after D.Road because the bolivians are so slow and poor. :(

  • superb ! road to hell . I envy u guys there in Bolivia

  • everything is in Bolivia, I traveled that road for years and I know almost all the road, so don't come and say that the first part is from china!!! IT IS BOLIVIA!!!!

  • first part of the road what is cut out of the rock is in china.. if im correct

  • I love Bolivia. An exciting, enticing and

intrigueing country. That road is beyond

    treacherous. Makes Copper Canyon

(Mexico) look like a walk in the park.

  • i would love to go there just to see the views. But i dont know if the danger is worth it.

  • It must be dangerous when you're drunk

    hehe

  • Your right, the first 1:24 minutes are definantly not the 'Death Road' in Bolivia!!

  • I'm guessing their are no speeding tickets on this road.

  • you left out the fact it was build by prisoners of war

  • Great Video, Except that the first minute plus is not Bolivia's Death Road but rather a road in China.

  • actually you are wrong

  • he might be wrong, but the first paert is definitely NOT the Dead Road La Paz - Coroico

  • no he is right, that is a road in china.

  • Its must be very exciting to be a Bolivian.

  • I THINK I'D RATHER WALK

  • soy cagado

  • I need Dramamine and a Sanax!

  • i am from boliva and this road is really dangerous. a lot of people die in this road.

    nice music!

  • That is an awsome video- why do they drive on that road? Is there a village up the mountain or something?

    frightening- love the music

  • at the top is a beautiful village called Coroico

  • How long is the road? can you walk it in one day? Is it possible to sleep alongside the road if it is more than one day?

  • I went to Coroico walking for 2 days and one night camping. On a road where they can not go vehiulos. the place is really beautiful

  • Thanks deadpurdy

  • First half is actually Guoliang Tunnel in China, second half is correct. See "Yungas Road" in wikipedia.

  • i am scare
