Was he hurt? I am sure he was beaten at least once if I know anything about how the GOV operates. 15 years is nothing when he could have got life in prison! Seriously wake up. Not saying George is a saint or anything. He must have learned to duck from other experiences in his past. In other words he must have pissed people off B4 but we should consider that they could have put that guy in a mental ward 4 ever.
