Salamence is a really powerful pokemon because it is pseudo-legendary. These pokemon have very high stats making them very powerful.

Steven was easier than this guy. This guy took forever to defeat. I tried multiple times to defeat him. It took me only one try to beat Steven, all be it with a LOT of luck because Drake thrashed my team to nearly unusable.

My sharpedo pulled off an epic win for me... Flygon took care of that shelgon and then Sharpedo wiped the floor with his altaria and flygons... then that stupid Salamance finished her off. but with a few sacrifices I got her back up and running but she was slower so she took a hit from dragon claw... and survived with, 2 HP! she used an ice beam on top of the damage it took from rough skin and it went down! Sharpedo are absolutely my new favourite water type

i used my Wobbuffet's mirror coat- took out his shelgon and one of the flygon's. then he sent out salamance. i had my whole team to beat him after that :D (highest lvl's pokemon- 47 magneton)

I know ur gardevoir was at too low a lvl but seriously, once you get hypnosis on it, its unstoppable i basically sweeped through every elite four battle using only my lvl 52 gardevoir, first using hypnosis, then 3-4 calm minds and then psychic or thunderbolt, i even one hit ko'd the freaking salamence :D
