I'm self taught so i just trained in my garage, for the first 3 months i did like 8 hours a day which is why i reached a high level so fast, it can take diferent people diferent people amounts of time to learn a particular trick or spin, i still have ALOT to learn and perfect, for pole dancing like this you need a trick pole, nothing that will fall down, serch about for them online but my fav and what i use is xpole - there fantastic :D
