  • you know your attractive if you can still pull off your looks in PIXELVISION.

  • beautiful, man. favoriting now.

  • What is the song that you are using in the background of this video?

  • @atherrien95 Peacock Tali by Boards of Canada

  • Hi Ive got some questions about the pixelvision camera if anyone has any answers.. So I've got the camera and nothing else, no original tape, no monitor box nothing like that. Ive got a phono to arial lead which is running into a Win TV box to USB thing I have which runs with a programme which will supposedly pick it up on channel 3 or 4.. Is there a specific type of tape you have to use with this thing? cos im just using normal FE type 1 cassette tape at the moment.. THANKS

  • @dontdeletemyfrog Hi you should use CrO2 high bias tapes - hope that helps

  • Fantastic vid. Please do shoot another!

  • Beautiful...very good work!

  • Boards of Canada! well done....

  • If I had to guess, it looks like you removed the IR cut filter.

  • Good guess ;-) Actually, I had to because it had fogged over. From what I've read, it's a common problem with these cameras.

  • Ghostly.

  • good vid bruh.....very cool shit.

  • Its almost eerie looking...

  • it always help having a hot foreground

  • really like the dreamy bluriness, saw the link on flickr, it is wonderful when she smiles and laughs, good music, remarkable likeness to experimental videos I saw in 1968 at the visual studies department, I can't express how this touches me, wow!

  • One day we will reminiscing about our flip video cameras as well.

  • @Zantor135 true

  • great video!! did you film by audio tapes or you used camera recording by rca cable to an other digital input (other camera or mp4 recorder ?)...see my video in pixel vision!

  • I didn't use audio cassettes. The belts in the transport were worn out, so I couldn't get it to record reliably. I did the composite output mod with the signal amp. It was pretty easy. I found all the components I needed for the amp from an old CRT monitor. It makes the picture coming off the composite output much brighter. The only complaint I have is that the image is too "perfect." You really see how low-res and blocky the CCD is with this mod!

  • good quality! I use tapes but also a ntsc mini dv camera with dv in or mp4 recorder and I'm filming with pxl 2000 but recording in mini dv or in dvx avi, so the quality is better! ps: can you accept my inviation account ?

  • Hi do you know what is the artist/track name of the muisc used?

  • I love this camera. Bought mine at a Goodwill store back in 2003 for $1.99, in mint condition.

  • YOU LUCKY!! I had to buy the camera by ebay and totally unworking for 100$ and then I had to repair it!

  • Great footage. I love pixelvision.

  • really like a dream! beautiful...

  • I agree, dream like.

    Very cool.

  • I like this video a lot. As the previous commentator said, the roughness of the PXL2000 certainly helps to juxtapose the imagery of the subject. Good choice of location, movements and music as well. Everything is smooth except for the quality of the visual thus drawing attention by default to the content. Good job. When and where was this filmed?

  • Thanks! It's a fun camera. This was shot about a year ago at the Sepulveda Dam in Los Angeles. I've been dying to shoot a "sequel" to this video. Hopefully it'll be soon!

  • wow

  • Very well produced. Her beauty captured with the roughness of the PXL200 makes for very interesting imagery.

  • The song is from "the campfire headphase", by Boards of Canada.

  • i think that this video is beautiful. what song is this?
