  • the sr22 is the best plane i have ever flew it has all the aspecs of a jet without the jet engine Avidine is INCREDIBLE!

  • @pianomansas I would like to know what jet you're comparing this to

  • @usernameavailable152 i am talking about the fms and all the glass avionics

  • @pianomansas check.

  • @birgir there are different types. for the sr22 it ranges from 385,000 to 700,000.

  • what does a plane like this cost??

  • about 750,000 USD

  • you don't need to buy it, rent it. GARy burell and MIN kao's system - GARMIN glass cockpit is pretty cool along with BRS parachute system.

  • i take flight lessons out of schuamburg i dont like cirrus i love the cessna i fly in

  • cessna is 50s technology. and if a wing falls off, you are fucked. cirrus is the future.

  • @lavakava ciruus is also much more expensive

  • Kind of an expensive plane to take lessons in, don't you think. I started in a Piper Cherokee at a navy flying club. Lucky or rich!!!

  • of course you play coldplay jamey

  • Just an update, I recently flew the SR20, very similar panel set up, it feels exactly the same as the SR22, maybe cause of the airfoils? Anyways, it felt all the same minus the speed factor.

  • Good stuff. YOu sure are lucky flying that plane. Could I know, just out of curiosity how much it costs for hourly(wet/with gas)?

    Thnx

  • What is this song called????

  • Fix You - Coldplay

  • I forgot to say ! here we just have visual aircrafts, never flyes with GPS or instruments aircraft.

  • Perfect flight, in Brazil, we just can flight in old airplanes like cessna 152 to make first flight, paying like US$120,00 for a flight hour, how much you are $ to flight this airplane?

  • $248 an hour, plus a $2 fuel surcharge as well as $65 instructor fee. Basically 300+ an hour.

  • Cool :D

  • Awesome!

  • I have over 50 hours in the skyhawk and the price does not matter. I want an advanced, safe aircraft. The cirrus is the answer for me. I don't like Palwaukee Flyers. They have old planes that have to many sqwaks. I understand that you think it is exspensive, and it is but I would really love to do some nice cross countries. I would rather get a great trainning plane to have for when I get my own plane. My old instructor went to SIUC. GREAT SCHOOL!

  • Stick with the old school planes ;) Trust me, you don't want to learn in a Cirrus, you want to learn in an older aircraft and transition to a Cirrus.

  • Great Work Pilot James...and how lucky you are to start off in a cirrus. Im training at SIUC for training in 172s. I work at PWK Airport Office...love it there! Pilotman456, you just need to get checked out in that aircraft and get signed off by an instructor but I recomend to stick with the basics. It will save you money for sure.

  • Please reply.

  • I fly at KPWK! Is that Windy City Flyers? I am currently flying at Palwaukee Flyers. I fly a cessna 172 with a G1000. I am looking for something faster for trainning. Can you give me some tips on how i ca fly that plane. What are the requirements.

  • It is WCF, sorry to take so long to get back to you. To fly it alone you must have a Instrument rating, and been through the Cirrus Standardization Program.
