I felt like they owned the Plaza and most of the parks, and I better not bother even going there unless I wanted to be asked over and over and over for money, and told I was a horrible piece of inhuman filth with no compassion if I didn't hand it over. One guy followed me 3 blocks, another tried to stick his hand in my car window.
