There is more than one way to praise God. Make a joyful praise unto thee. You CANNOT deny someones faith and belief in God my friend just because they praise him in many ways. Anyone who claims to know what you know is fooled. Anything that lifts up the lord is good. Sure most rap is demonic, but if the message is right, its right. In times like these we need someone to reach out to people that listen to rap. Or we could just say that its all demonic and just forget about them.

It is true that you do not help an addict to what there addicted to. But who said anything about addiction? The bible does not specify what type of music to play to praise god, it does say make a joyful noise unto the lord. Ignorant and unlearned is anot an isnsult,it just means you lack understanding, but you can learn. Rap does not glorify Jesus. Painting Jesus name or a bible verse on the side of a building that does not belong to you is not glorifying him, is vandalizing someone property. Serving dinner on a trash can lid, is not the same as serving it on a plate. The food is made nasty , by what you're serving it on. Rap is a filthy venue. You make excuses for it , because you like it.

The only reason you like christian rap is because you like rap. Once your mind has been reknewed by the washing of the water of the word, you will be able to see it for what it is. Right now , its still something you like. No drug addict sees a problem with drugs. No adulter sees a problem with cheating on their spouse. We all make excuses for what we like.

Tbursee, for the upteenth time the only reason I like anything I do now is because of Christ. Before I recieved Jesus as my savior I hated rap, hated hip hop, and hated most everything.
About 2 years ago that changed when Jesus opened my eyes and my heart to His truth. Since that day I cannot stand anything that's against Him.
The only reason I started listening to Christian Rap is because it speaks the Gospel of Christ in all its truth.

There is more than one way to praise God. Make a joyful praise unto thee. You CANNOT deny someones faith and belief in God my friend just because they praise him in many ways. They had horns drums etc back in time im sure they played songs for the miracles and blessings that took place because they where so full of joy.
