Yup. The only thing that would make sense is if he thought Chow might have him out-kicked. Then it's not a terrible idea to represent the straight or the flush and try to get him to fold. But that's always risky. Getting a guy to fold trip kings, even in that spot, won't always work.

Was playing PLO online yesterday. Turned straight flush against nut flush and top set. River brought quads for the other guy. When the table saw my hand, no on could believe it. The very next hand I flopped quad aces against a boat. The two sickest hands I have ever played.
