  • actually cells membranes are 50% saturated, protein and mono matrix with very little omega 3 (you do know polys are highly oxidative right?) sat fats can be converted to monos. omega 3 is found in the brain as well a.g.e.s are responsible for insulin resist as well, not just improper fat ratios. it is a learning process no doubt. cooking oils culprit to this plastic cell membranes. I call poly cooking oils liquid plastics because they are chemically speaking. why they last so long on shelves.
