First of all, MOST Japanese food is downright disgusting, and even if some might not think so, it's his prerogative to say so on his own video. He showed no disrespect to his host family.
Second of all, the fact that many have jumped at the opportunity to attack Americans, let me remind you, that every single modern amenity that you take for granted nowadays, EVEN THE INTERNET THAT YOU USE TO SPREAD AMERICA HATING BULLSHIT, was all made possible by USA.

I love Japan and it's culture, plus I'm learning the language, but it's a country, not a 24/7 anime convention, and there are bad sides to it too - like the majority of the food (tbqh).

I LOVE GYOZA!! Im living in Japan right now, and I knew comming here that I would have a slight issue because I'm not a real big fan of fish. Everyone made me think I wouldnt like any of the food here, but it turns out I really like most of it. I know its lame but my FAVORITES are gyoza, miso ramen with vegitables, yakiniku, potato salad, and the plain white rice!!! I dont know what they do different, but the rice is AMAZING!!!!!! I hope u get the chance to come back and try more!!
And what did they call the Japanese when they invaved and massacred most of Asia during WW2? I can understand a Japanese nationalists point of view of not liking foreigners but for the sake of your country, I don't think it behooves you to insult and attack the very low number of us who care enough to put effort into learning the culture and language. The world is more borderless then you realize, afterall you're arguing with me in English on an American website that you're a member of.

My family used to go for car rides at night too.
I didn't know other people really did it. That's cool. And I had Gyoza at a wedding last month-very tasty.
