you know I just got one of these, but mine had tail vibe with the stock tx, and my 2801. Finally figured out how to set the gyro in the 2801(2601 mode) to stop this, I almost thought I had your problem but mine was brand new out of the box like that. Who knows maybe my gyro shakes in the rx never really looked. I also noticed when it binds I have to wait until the light stops flashing even after the motor beeps, if I move it before the light stops my tail trim is all screwed up

from the bottom, use a small screw driver and hold the pizo box stable, then from the top good some hot glue from a hot glue gun on there, Use a tooth pick to push the glue around.
