What Madcow and the liberal lemmings don't get is that while we played nice with Russia, America was working to defeat the 'evil empire' by destroying their economy and succeeded thanks to Reagan.

The people of Venezuela have voted overwhelmingly for Chavez in every election since 1998. He's popular enough there (and throughout Latin America) that he is in no need of having his fortunes "resuscitated."
