  • It's very uncomfortable watching that man hold the child's head that way. He seems like he is not wanting to really touch the child but he's just trying to figure out how to interact with him without touching him too much. I think the man was trying to be nice but can't get over his discomfort. Like give the boy a hug and don't treat him like that!

  • Yes some Mormons, not all, did in fact massacre pioneers at Mountain Meadows in a disgraceful event. I assume you are happy that far more Mormons were massacred/murdered by your “real Christians” and that your “real Christians” massacred millions over the past 2,000 years in the name of God and Jesus. Before you start criticizing Mormons or anyone else you should understand your history. No religion is free from guilt, murder, etc and this includes Christians, Moslims and all others groups

  • Mormons massacred real Christians and still dishonor them to this day:

    w w w elizabethsmart . t k

  • I am not Mormon, I do live in Utah though, on the whole Mormons are OK, we do not have much to do with them. BUT I have to say I'd much rather be around Mormons than JW's, who are without a doubt the most aggresive hatefull people on this planet.

  • Absolute propoganda. "Oh look at me, I am really kicking it with the blacks". This 'church' angers me so much. It really amuses me how much a 'church' can in their doctrine be overtly racist and then do a complete U-turn. Furthermore, people actually buy this bull.

You mormons have really ridiculed Jesus' name and continue to do so.

Heretics one and all I say!

  • Louie1984, grow up and stop smoking crack!

  • @dentallaserguy I have just realised I haven't replied to this comment. What do you mean grow up? Is what I am saying childish? No. It's not. Feeling passionate about how Jesus is sold in Mormonism is totally legitimate. Please, dental, why is what I am saying worthy of you saying I am 'smoking crack'? Do explain.

  • @Louie1984 - look deeper my friend. The majority of mormons live outside the usa. We LDS folks are only looking to do good - you don't have to like it, and that's the beauty of free agency.

  • Hi strap. I am curious as to why you've said most Mormons live outside the US. Why is that important? I find it interesting that you write 'LDS folks are only to look to do good'. You make the assumption that I have a problem with LDS doing nice stuff. However, what you consider good and what I do is hugely different. The things I despise (and so does God) are- racism, heresy, lies, occultism and most importantly - false doctrine (all these are integral to LDS).

Being nice doesnt cut it mate

  • @Louie1984 - ain't that great, we are free to warship any god we want..

Racism: in 1820, Mormons preached - "Do not have slaves."

Heresy: Book of Mormon helps you understand the Bible (you never read it I'm sure)

    Lies: keep diggen' brother!

    Occultism: taboo.

False Doctrine: You must have received divine revelation that our revelations are not your revelations?

  • @strapen2good

    Racism:

(1863), 'Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African race? If the white man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of Cain, the penalty, under the law of God, is death on the spot. This will always be so.” – JoD: vol.10 p. 110:'

Also, this is my favourite - “You see some classes of the human family that are black, uncouth, un- comely, disagreeable and low in their habits,..' JoD 7:290-291
