  • COMPETITION is the SINGLE MOST Destructive Force in the WORK Environment. I have seen personally how the "Machine" at work in companies makes ones HIDE WHAT THEY KNOW due to COMPETITION for Their Job/Seniority/Worth to the company. The prevalent attitude is IF OTHERS learn/know more then they do then their own job is in jeopardy which FORCES a "singular" attitude and Denies Teamwork and OPEN FREE COLLABORATION on any project at hand.

  • @moto2kx2 Were you exercising when you wrote this?

  • Just mentioning titles at the end of the audio. Might I suggest that they are effective so long as it is used as an abbreviated form to explain what it is that person is doing and that all are involve have a general understanding of its meaning. For example the title of firefighter is an efficient tool for you to have a general understanding of what it is they do and are experienced in. When a title is used redundantly, is when it is used as a status symbol.

  • The way competition in the corporate envionrment creates deranged behavior I'm surprised anything gets done at all...

I worked for a guy that drove himself crazy with secrecy and privacy. The idea that someone else "knowing something" might be used against him. Ironically it was his secrecy that eventually led to his downfall.

People literally spin their wheels wasting efforts in large corporations. Endeavors are often duplicated across the organization because of mistrust and competition.

  • audio needs work, nearly unlistenable, sorry I look forward to this every week

  • this is barely audible, horrible quality.
