jesus I've been searching for videos for literally three hours and yours has been the only one I've wanted my halter tee to look like I don't like when they go up straight to the neck and yours doesn't so THANKS!! :]
@rikuyanki usually because they're either too long or in this case it would have been harder to tie up the back if we left the bottom seam on the t-shirt, because with the stitching and the double thickness of the material it wouldn't have enough give or stretch.
@tracimthompson Thank you! I should! I've been planning to make a new one for months, and I'm not about to lie like others would and tell you I've been busy, because the truth is, I've actually been really, really lazy... I mean, it HAS been 6 months since my last upload!
You are awesome, this customisation is awesome, this video is awesome.
This is honestly just the kind of thing I was looking for. I used to customize all of my clothes, but kinda fell out of the habit as I had less & less time to do so, but I'm going to a festival soon & figured I might make some stuff for that, & this is just perfect. ^_^
First vid I've seen of you, but I'll definitely watch more.
thank you so much! My friend gave me a XXL shirt when I barely fit into a small. Shirt actually has a use now. I plan on doing this to all my tees. THANKS!
I love your t-shirt reconstruction videos. So far, I've made the one with the lacing and the one with the knots along the side. I love the way you explain it and how you make it simple. I encourage you to make more. :D <3
omg i love this video I have been trying to find a video like this all over youtube and yours is the only good one and relevant one i have come across! Thank you so much so gonna try this!
Oh yeah also isit possible to make it a sweetheart neckline instead of the u shaped one?
I really dont see why not my videos are only as guides for creatives like you to take a change to your linking :) I suggest that you dont make the straps too short though and I would practice on an old/rubbish tee first so you dont ruin a good one.

T-Shirt Tutorial: How To Cut and Reconstruct Your Shirts Part 2
I just did this on an old V neck top and it came out great! I didn't cut the neckline and I didn't do the back lacing but it's still awesome. I'm thinking of stitching up the back, just so the fabric stops rolling but other than that... Thanks for this tutorial Ms. Redhead!! <3
Yay for a new video! I really like this one. Bit too cold out right now to wear it, but it'll be awesome for summer. Do you have any ideas or plans for longsleeve shirts?
I LOVE IT!!! GREAT FREAKING IDEA I AM SO MAKING THIS RIGHT NOW!!!
