Any Philippine Online Games are counted as private server for it is only for Philippines, any other countries could not play with it. In the other ROHAN, there are booters which is 20 lvls above to those who are not booters and it takes almost a month to grind a lvl. To my co-players of ROHAN Philippines don't go so be very proud of our server just try the other server and say the difference.
