Say, what size are your videos to fit into YouTube's full screen? I always record in 720x480, and crop the black frames out, which you taught me in one of your SW vids. ;D

Not sure.  Are you using VDub to encode? Whenever I use WMM I end up with bars on the side, even when I first encode in VDub (had to do it a few times before I figured some stuff out =P).

Yes, I always use VDub now. First, because WMM fucked up on me, second, it's quality is notably lower compared to VDub-edited videos (the file size is quite the same). I always use the XVid/Lame mp3 codecs to reduze the file size to a minimum, later I encode my videos with TMPGenc, though that does not change my video size (you can change video size in settings there, though). Tried to change these settings to 1220x944 and stuff, yet the outcome didn't change. Thanks for your interest btw. ;D
