Great job in the drop in waist size and losing 18lbs. Your work is paying off. Just try not to repeat the bad week of eating this week. The good news is that it is behind you. I have learned that it is impossible to out-train bad eating habits, so you will see far more results by eating clean. Are you still following the P90X program? And churches can be the worst for people trying to eat right. Mine has a meal almost every week...I always told myself the Holy Ghost would forgive...but going overboard is no good.
