@redsmoker504 Depending on your overall level and particular school level you have more or less items to buy on college from teacher. Every teacher have for their school robes. Faralda can sell you Master destruction robes when your level is high enough as any other item. I advise you to level enchanting and make your own enchanted robes suited for your style of play.
@EviLittleMonsta No. There are perks to make restoration spells cost less magicka for every level of restoration spells. Only way to have restoration spell with no cost of magicka is trough enchanting (regardless of perks in restoration). You can enchant 4 pieces of equipment to have 25% magicka reduction for restoration spells making 100% magicka reduction.
Note: If you use alchemy too you can have more than 25% magicka reduction per piece.

and besides that, i bet my right ball that the uploader frapsed it with fraps or another program WHICH CAPTURES in high def. the uploader just worsed the quality.
@Composer1777 I think so but I am not 100% sure. I stopped plaing mage and I moved to playing as thief for some time. It is (for me) much more interesting as carefull planing is needed to best opponents.
@ThatGuy320 After leveling Restoration to 100, ask Restoration teacher on the college "Is there more to learn in Restoration"... It will trigger this quest. I am a bit dissapointed with "rewarding" restoration spell but it is interesting quest I think.

@CaptainNational Enchanting reduces magicka cost 25% per equipment item. 4 items of 25% magicka reduction makes 100% reduction = 0 magicka cost (one school of magic only).

There are two Restoration Master level spells.
1st one is granted here in this video:
"Bane of the Undead" (looks awesome in 3rd person) - causes all nearby undead to take damage and flee.
2nd Restoration spell is bought at lvl 100 as a Tome.
"Guardian Circle" - creates a circle, healing the caster while he is within it and causing all nearby undead to flee.
